Your privacy and the confidentiality of your content is important to us. We do not ever share your content with anyone unless you explicitly authorize us to do so. Our files are saved on password-protected machines behind firewalls and are not accessible on the Internet.

We do keep copies of all book files, both original and converted, to serve as backups in case you lose the files we deliver to you. However, we are happy to give you the source files and destroy all of our copies of your content if you prefer. Upon request, CD copies of files may be mailed to you before deletion at a cost of $10 per CD.

All processes and procedures used in our conversion and formatting services are proprietary and confidential. We do not share our processes, and our transaction with a client does not imply a right of access to those processes.
